Winner of Top Chef Greece, Athinagoras Kostakos is globally know as the head chef in restaurants in Mykonos, London, Malibu and is a chef-partner of LÝRA and Violi. He will guide you through this curated menu and elaborate on the Greek ethos he was raised on.

raw w/ ginger shallot mignonette


Second Course

HORIATIKI

heirloom tomato, barrel aged feta, capers, kalamata olives, carob rusks


Third Course

SHRIMP SOUVLAKI

marinated chickpeas, florina pepper, mint, preserved lemon aioli


Fourth Course

LAMB SEFTALIA

barrel aged feta, charred tomato, lamb jus


Fifth Course 

SOKOLATOPITA

-dark chocolate cake, chocolate coffee custard, brown butter ice cream
